In this technological era, online business is expanding due to increased internet conveniences. Smartphone users are drastically growing in Bangladesh, where it plays a vital role as strong catalyst for economic development. On the other hand, success of associated with creating purchase tendency by determining influencing factors consumers’ intention. The ultimate purpose paper identify influential variables intention buy smartphones on platforms. To fulfill aim, structured questionnaire has been elaborated based literature review find study’s objective. Cronbach’s alpha value was used assess inner surface study. non-probability convenience sampling method and 5% significance level accept hypotheses. Altogether, 350 survey questionnaires were distributed among online-based social media customers, finally, 288 responses received genuinely, response rate 82%. Henceforward, sample size study n = 288. SPSS version 26.0 applied scrutinize hypothesis tests This also offers implications people several impactful guidelines future research studies.
